Our goal is to help clients discover tools needed to help them cope with whatever life brings them and encourage them to have hope and a positive outlook towards the future.

 CHOOSING A THERAPIST:
· Counseling is a collaborative process
· Find the right match - someone who you
  connect with
· During your first visit - describe feelings and
  problems that led you to make the  decision to
  come to counseling
· After your initial visit, take time to explore how
  you felt about the counselor
· If you experienced a connection, schedule
  another appointment to begin the process of 
  working together to understand and overcome
